"I got charged twice for the same thing..."
I got charged twice for the same thing and I’m still waiting for it to be sorted out. Feels like I’m not the only one dealing with this, because I’ve seen other people mention similar billing issues too. Frustrating.

"Feels secure enough, but I’d trust my gut"
Overall, the security seems okay, but my instinct says there’s still room to tighten things up. I don’t feel unsafe using it, though I’d feel better if there were a few stronger security features in place.

"Good rate, but watch the extra fees"
The price was better than most of the storage places I looked at, and getting signed up was super easy. The monthly rate felt fair too. Then out of nowhere I’m seeing admin fees and insurance stuff added on, and I was like, wait, seriously? So yeah, definitely read everything before you agree. But overall, it still wasn’t a bad deal, and I’d probably use them again

I was kind of surprised how quick it was to get in. Most days I just pull up, the gates work like they should, and I’m on my way.

"Super clean and lived up to the good reviews"
I picked this place after seeing other people mention how clean it was, and they were right. Everything felt fresh, and there were no weird smells at all, which I really appreciated.

"Customer service was a pleasant surprise"
I had to call istorage.com because I was a little confused about my account and how to access my unit. I wasn’t expecting much, but the woman I spoke with was super friendly and patient, even while I asked a bunch of questions.
She helped me get everything figured out quickly and explained it in a way that actually made sense. It took a lot of the stress out of the situation, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole call ended up being.
